RPG Elite Tabletop Simulations

Your Team’s Real Leadership Shows Up When the Rules Run Out.
This is not just team-building theater. It’s a structured simulation with a measurable debrief.
RPG Elite Tabletop Simulations put your team inside structured, high-pressure scenarios — and reveal exactly how they think, communicate, and lead when the stakes are shared and the answers aren’t obvious.
What This Is?
Most corporate training tells people what good leadership looks like.
This shows you what yours actually does.
RPG Elite Tabletop Simulations use non-fantasy tabletop RPG scenarios — science fiction, superhero, post-apocalyptic, cinematic action — as precision instruments. The scenario is the pressure chamber. What emerges from your team inside it is the data.
Every session is followed by a structured debrief that translates observed behavior into clear, actionable insight. You don’t just walk away with a good experience (though that is also a goal). You walk away knowing something true about your team.
Two Simulations. One Standard.
HIGH COMMAND™
Business & Leadership Focused
High Command is a diagnostic simulation designed for organizations that need to see how their people actually perform under pressure — not how they perform when they have time to prepare.
Participants are placed inside a high-stakes scenario with incomplete information, conflicting priorities, and no obvious right answer. The game system is chosen specifically to stress-test real behaviors. What matters is not the scenario. What matters is what your team does when the situation deteriorates and the pressure is real.
What it reveals:
- How decisions get made — and who stalls them
- Where communication breaks down under pressure
- Who leads, who follows, and who disappears
- The gap between perceived and actual role alignment
- Leadership presence, accountability, and adaptability in real time
Session length: 90–120 minutes Followed by: The Campaign Debrief™ and the Table Dynamics Report™ — a private written findings report delivered to the executive sponsor.
THE FELLOWSHIP SESSION™
Team & Connection Focused
The Fellowship Session is a full immersive experience designed for teams that need more than a day off together. It’s a shared challenge that builds real trust, opens communication across roles, and creates a common experience your team will still be talking about months later.
Games are selected for deep character expression, interpersonal dynamics, and collaborative storytelling. Who your character is matters as much as what they do. The session is longer because the goal is immersion — genuine human connection through shared narrative and perspective-taking.
What it builds:
- Trust through shared challenge — not forced vulnerability
- Communication that crosses roles and silos
- Empathy built through real perspective-taking
- Team cohesion that doesn’t evaporate after the event
The Deliverable (Fellowship Session)
After every T2 and T3 Fellowship Session™, you receive the Journal Entry.
A one-page narrative observation written in the voice of the session itself — characters named, players identified, and what unfolded between them captured through the eyes of the narrator who ran the table. It is not a clinical report. It is a story about your team that also happens to be true.
Delivered privately to the session organizer. What they do with it is their call.
Session length: 4 hours Note: Fellowship Sessions are an experience, not a diagnostic. They are not recorded.
The Deliverable (High Command)
After every High Command™ engagement, you receive more than a memory.
The Campaign Debrief™ is a structured post-session review that translates everything observed during the simulation into clear findings — delivered privately to the executive sponsor.
The Table Dynamics Report™ is the written document produced within that debrief. It covers nine behavioral observation categories including decision velocity, communication flow, initiative ownership, adaptability, emotional regulation, and trust signals — culminating in a Team Relatability Score™ that gives you a bottom-line picture of how your team functions under pressure.
This is the difference between a great experience and actionable intelligence.
Who Is Behind This?

Servant of Shiloh (David Washington) has spent over 35 years as a tabletop RPG facilitator — designing scenarios, reading rooms, and guiding people through high-stakes situations where the pressure is real and the outcome is uncertain.
He is the creator of the RPG Elite YouTube channel and the architect of the RPG Elite Philosophy — a widely respected mindset and approach to tabletop RPGs built on depth, intentionality, and craft.
He also brings 18+ years of counseling experience to every session. That background isn’t incidental. It means he has spent nearly two decades learning how people think under stress, how they communicate when it matters, and how to read what someone reveals about themselves when the comfortable answers are no longer available.
He does not coach during sessions. He observes. And what he sees — and how he documents it — is the foundation of everything RPG Elite Tabletop Simulations delivers.
This Is Not for Everyone
RPG Elite Tabletop Simulations are not the right fit for every team or every objective.
Sessions accommodate a maximum of 5 participants. Engagements are limited to two per month. The work is prepared, facilitated, and debriefed by one person — because that is what the quality of this experience requires.
If your organization is looking for a quick morale boost or a checkbox on an HR calendar, this is not it.
If you want to know what your team is actually made of — and walk away with something you can act on — this is exactly it.
The Next Step
If an RPG Elite Tabletop Simulation sounds like the right fit for your organization, the next step is simple.
Complete the intake form below. It takes about five minutes. The answers help determine whether this is a strong fit before any conversation takes place — and they shape how the simulation is designed if it is.
